Test Review
I prepared for the test yesterday by studying what I didn't know, like the fraction problems. The test, I found, was so-so, not to difficult and not to easy. I thought the problems could make you think and at the same time were easy enough to solve in a minute or two.

Journal #1, Explain what the difference is when translating the following two expressions: 1. Two times a number plus six and 2. Two times the quantity of a number plus six. Evaluate both expressions when x = 5
The difference is the wording. Two times a number means to times that number by two. The other is multiplying the sum of six and that number. The answer is also different for each problem.)
